Sorry, no one was around to answer this. We're all volunteers so we get here when we can. To rotate a google picture you would go to satellite view, zoom into street view, then use the toggle that has north south east and west on it. Click on the small blue N in the outer circle and hold on it then move your mouse to make the map rotate.
