Put egg white on it. It works !  It works better than anything  you can get over the counter. You have to let it dry. So, dno't touch it or wipe it off.

Put aloe vera on the affected area.  Refrain from oily food like french fries and fried chicken.  Eat more vegetable and fruit, drink at least six glasses of water a day.  Do not squeeze pimples as the germs will spread.

Beer is not a bad idea because it is made of malt which can cool down the body heat.
