    it's effectiveness does not increase, but it does build up in your blood stream, if you take too much of it too many times a day and for too many weeks or months. It's hard on your kidenys and liver-----especailly your liver, b/c your liver has to break it down and tries to matbolize it.


      I've known people whose son or daughther died from taking too much Tylenol.  It's safe drug, if you don't abuse it.

    I was concerned over Tylenol PM's I asked my doctor that, he said-- "Any drug can be bad for you depending on usage and frequency, However, if taken as prescribed, you should have no ill effect.

    He's right and remember, that in Tylenol PM --there's another drug in it too ----antihistamine. So , you can't take certain types of older tranquilizers and anti -depressants with an anti- histamine b/c it could stop your breathing.
