I recently received a V1 Hoist Fitness System. I am 65 yrs old and in fairly good physical condition but am out of shape due to no excerise or weight lifting in over 40 yrs. I'm not interested in body building but want to tone up and increase my endurance. Should I go for lighter weights and more (^& increasing) reps or heavier weight with increasing weight as I can handle it?

Hi
Light and extra reps you don't need mucsle it's there just covered up:) Please also consider walking you will be surprised at the benfits once again start slow and work up, you will be surprised how quickly you will increase the time and km, also very social you will meet new people and expand your friendship, while improving your cardio which is vary important.
Please no jogging or running, this needs to be enjoyable and fun.
Cheers
