    i have not changed my password and i have used it over 20 yerars, why is it sduddenly wrong?

    Make sure your caps lock is not on when typing in your password.

    If it's not a typo mistake and the website is still saying the password and login aren't on file or don't match, then it could be that you've been hacked. Have you tried retrieving / setting a new password from the email website, following their 'can't log in' or 'lost password' link? They should have some security measures set up for people who lost their access like yourself (for example: personal questions made to verify your identity).
