You are beautiful, marry a rich guy, but seriously local art show is a good way to get your name out there. The most successful artists have a recognizable style. A good website would be a good help and visit art galleries and get to know the folks in the art community. I am a amateur artist and all of these thing are usually a good way to get known. You may also want to do a google search to get more helpful hints.

Unfortunately, like all masters of the arts, you gotta die first then the cash rolls in.. ;(  Although, I think you can make a great living, depending on where you 'set up shop' I am in CA, San Francisco, Berkeley, Santa Cruz, Carmel these are a few of the hot spots around  me that an artist can make well.. There are so many galleries here.. They must do well..

Contact an advertising company. They need renderings for presentations for prospective clients. They all have an art department. The final result my be computer generated but the initial proposals are still done by hand.
