    since more than 6 month my semen fsde out

      The serious answer is:- You probably have an enlarged prostate.This causes the semen to bypass the urethra & to be deposited in the bladder. Go to your Doctor,there is a simple test & it can be treated.If left untreated it can turn into cancer.

        That's what he meant I believe. His semen is down over the last 6 months. What do you think it means? Maybe I do not understand semen verses sperm? Are they not the same?

        You mant have a hormonal issue. See your Dr. there is nothing we can suggest or do to help you.

                                      go to a urologist. Are  you sure you don't mean sperm ?  My g.friend's husband had  0 sperm count, so they adopted a child. At any rate, go to a urologist.
