I would to a family member,but not to a stranger.Once i pass away any one is welcome to my organs,as i am a registered organ donor.

Only to my family at this time. When I die, they can take both and give it to whoever needs it.

Yes to my Family every time though I could only give 1 to a stranger thats a hard one it all depends on that person wether he/she deserves one I would want to know all the the in and out of this stranger !
