UPS = United Parcel Service, a private company that ships packages and parcels.

USPS = United States Postal Service, Government sponsored service that delivers mail and packages.

    one has two s's

One drives a BROWN vehicle, the other dives a RED, WHITE AND BLUE vehicle.

I agree with Flip except that UPS is not a private company.  It's public company traded on the NYSE.  The symbol?  You guessed it:  UPS.
