    • Locate the folder in your computer that has your pictures in it. Make sure there are no photos selected. Look on the left side of the screen and click on "Make a New Folder." A new folder will appear, right click on it and then click on "Rename" from the fly-out menu. Click on the inside of the small box and rename your folder.




    • Locate the first picture you want to email. Click on the picture, hold down on the mouse, drag the picture to the new folder, and drop the picture in.




    • Locate the rest of the pictures you want to send in your email. Drag and drop these pictures in the new folder with the first picture. You can add as many pictures as you want when you plan to zip the file.




    • Right click on the picture folder. From the fly-out menu click on "Send To," then click on "Compressed (Zipped) Folder." A new zipped folder will appear; this folder is the same as your picture folder in a compressed file. Your picture file is still intact and your new zipped file is ready for you to upload and email.
