Are you old enough to even dye your hair without  perrmission from the parents.  I would go for  lighter tones in the summer and darker in the winter. There is a lady on here and she calls herself mom. She is really nice and seems to know a lot about hair. Hopefully she will come across this question and help you.

Why do you want your hair dead?

If, your going to dye it then "RED< WHITE AND BLUE" that way you can answer, When asked, that you did it for "OLE GLORY" only joking, treating ones hair ruins it.

Best to leave it natural.

If you really must,why dont you have some very fine streaks(foils) put through your hair,this gives hi lights to your hair.

You are only 9 years old?...too young to bother with starting chemical services to your hair. Once you start there will always be some sort of maintenance with it. Roots to color, dry ends to come off, the sun damage and fading eventually.If I suggest anything just a few streaks around the face would be plenty to start with. You have virgin hair which is something that many peple wish they could have back.
