I removed your personal information. We are an open general questions and answers site. We are not Facebook. I can tell you that there is no way you can block people without your kids being able to unblock them. I do not know how old your kids are but by Facebooks terms of service, kids younger than 13 are not allowed to have accounts. You may have to tell them no to Facebook if you can not keep them from unblocking people you do not want them associating with. If you delete their accounts, know that when you're not looking, they will create a new account. Facebook can not stop kids from joining. It can only put out the rule, no kids under 13.

Remove the computor from the children and only allow access for genuine use, homework etc. If you feel this is harsh then you are the only one who can monitor you children, and that is what they are ,children.

Go to a circus and see who jumps through the hoop, the lion or the trainer?

If it is the trainer then he has not done his training correctly.

.  this involves 3 kids  I have 4th. she is older and can make her own decisions.

I know they have fun on FB and I don't want to delete their accounts, but with teenagers, moms need a way to make sure they are ok.
