      Ah lets see,there is the Melbourne cup,the Sandown cup,The kentucky Derby,The grand national, Oh and the Bathurst 1000n oor whatever they call it these days.& about a Million more.If you are talking about the "other" races,being people of different origins,just think about the people you know & see how many you come up with.:)

              How many races are there in the world?

              4 major races.

              The world population can be divided into 4 major races, namely white/Caucasian, Mongoloid/Asian, Negroid/Black, and Australoid. This is based on a racial classification made by Carleton S. Coon in 1962 (in common usage the ‘Capoid’ and ‘Congoid’ groups classified by Coon is merged under ‘Negroid’). There is no universally accepted classification for “race”, however, and its use has been under fire over the last few decades. The United Nations, in a 1950 statement, opted to “drop the term ‘race’ altogether and speak of “ethnic groups”.               There is in Australia the Melbourne cup,Caulfield cup, Doombden 10 thousand, The golden slipper.
              Oh I could go on naming races all day. The most famous of all The Birdsville races.

                Sorry Tommy they mean the indigenous Australorps, no that is wrong australorps are a breed of chook.

                I went with a girl named Fowler and everyone called her "chooky" was a good "layer" though

                  Here all race have been postpone,for it has been so hot weather wise,no one want to race.

                    sociologists say there are only 3 races -------- Caucasian, Negroid, and Asian.  All others, are just a culture or a religion. For example, Arabs are considered Causcasian, even tho' their skin may be light brownish .
