Sabbath or Shabbat in Hebrew means "rest" and "7th" HaShem created the earth in 7days and we rest on the 7th day to honor our Creator, through worship and we unplug from the world to spend time with the Creator, friends and family with food and fellowship. We prepare every thing before Shabbat that will be needed. Shabbat begins at sundown Friday evening, because that is when the biblical day begins - evening.

Hades - Greek = grave pit for the dead, also Greek mythology - god of the underworld/place of the dead
Sheol - Hebrew = grave, pit, place of the dead.
The dead are conscious of nothing. Hell is the grave, none born miss it.
Hell is not a place of eternal fiery torment. The church stole that concept from the Greek myths (River Styx) to control their people in life and in death. Dante's Inferno and Milton's Paradise Lost served to fuel the church's fire.
