Good job. I could only think of a sarcastic answer, so I bit my tongue. :)
Well, whatever it was just blew right by me, maybe because I had the same issue when I bought several identical ceiling fan/light combos. :)
It's possible all three of the remotes are set with the same code, as are the fans. You have to change the codes on the fans and the remotes. The instructions you still have should give you directions on how to do that. After you have attached a code to each fan/remote, you might want to identify the remotes with a Sharpie, nail polish, or something that sets them apart.
