    Did you run it in water? A hot engine hitting cold water could stop it. Did you check the oil? Pull the plug, make sure the cylinder isn't full of gas, {or water} that will lock an engine also. Those are pretty simple checks. You can try to rock the engine back and forth to break it free but that doesn't fix anything  Next is to start tearing it down.

    no never ran it in the water,check plugs all good,oil is good,but when I put the key on all light and writing flashe .only 5000 km n my bike never abuse it mint cond.
