    AT GREAT EFFORT AND WITH THE HELP OF YOUR CHAT i JUST SET UP MY NEW ONLINE INFORMATION SO THAT i COULD GET A STATEMENT AND PAY IT! yOU ONLY HAVE INFO UP TO 4/06/23012 AND IT WAS NO WHERE NEAR THE TOTAL YOU TOLD ME i COULD DOWNLOAD.I JUST WENT BACK IN TO CHECK THE SITE AGAIN AND MY NEW PASSWORD WAS NOT RECOGNIZED. vERY FRUSTRATING!
